Villa Nova One of the Caribbean's oldest and most elegant historic houses, the stately Villa Nova, opened in Spring 2001 having been transformed by a multi-million dollar restoration into the region's foremost country house hotel. Light dining, including afternoon tea, is served on the verandah with views of the parkland and lush tropical gardens. A la carte cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the Terrace Restaurant overlooking the formal gardens; and surrounding woodland. Executive chef Rene Griffith uses wonderful fresh produce from surrounding farms and specially imported produce to present exceptional international cuisine.
