Hans Schweitzer - formerly of Sandy Lane Hotel - already highly respected for his outstanding cuisine, now has his own waterfront restaurant at Port St Charles, St.Peter. His restaurant hugs the lagoon of this exclusive waterfront community with luxury yachts moored nearby. Fresh fish from Six Men's Bay or Martin's Bay, caught daily and tender cuts of meat are seared on one of two grills - wood or Lava Rock, whilst vegetarian dishes might be stirred up at the Wok station. Desserts and chocolate work are created by his Ritz, Paris-trained Pastry Chef. This is the perfect place for a light meal, celebration or romantic dinner. The beautifully lit Onyx Bar is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails with canapés and Tapas, or late night Cognacs. Sunday Brunch is a 'not-to-be-missed' on your itinerary!
