Renowned for their decadently sinful creations chef, Carsten Flindt (Savoy Trained) and his wife Zoe started Patisserie Flindt on the sweet side of life, specializing in celebration cakes, pastries and desserts.
However 5 years on, they have grown into what we all know and love as a Flindt State of Mind! Today they provide excellent breakfast, lunch and superb catering services, whether it be to delight in delicious sandwiches, pastas and quiche, creative main course salads, pizzas, or handmade chocolates available in chic gift packaging, breads or a vast variety of scrumptious canapes. You can enjoy it all at their Holetown or Rockley locations. And you mustn't forget dinner alfresco at the Holetown location. An excellent choice for home or corporate entertaining.
