Alfresco at Treasure Beach Award winning Executive Chef, Jeffrey Hyland, just keeps getting better and better, producing excellent and consistent local and international cuisine. Jeffrey presents his daily specials at dinner, often the favourite choice of regulars, to compliment the varied selection of dishes on the menu.There is a good stock of well maintained fine wines to match the delicious cuisine. The service, as always, continues to be very courteous, attentive and friendly...so much so,you may never want to leave. The restaurant looks out across the hotel's gardens and a vista to the sea. After dinner, indulge yourself with a coffee or a liqueur at one of the open air poolside tables.
