Olives Bar & Bistro
Owner run by Bill Underwood, this popular, cozy Bistro situated in Holetown has earned a loyal local following. Winner of the Wine Spectator Award in 2001. The exciting new, young chef, Scott Ames uses local produce to create earthy Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours. The mood is warm and friendly offering both inside (air-conditioned) and courtyard dining.
Olives' upstairs lounge bar is cool and comfortable, serving light fare including thin crusted pizza made with all fresh ingredients and selected desserts such as their popular bread & butter pudding.
