Daphne's Daphne's is a recent addition to the top restaurants of Barbados having opened in December 2001 as the sister restaurant to the famous Daphne's of Chelsea, London. The decor is exquisite with courtyard flambeaux and valet parking welcoming you to a very elegant beachside restaurant with arguably the best Cocktail Bar in Barbados. The menu is inspired by the classic Italian Style of living and eating, but reinvented for contemporary taste and needs. Modern Italian food is perfectly matched to current trends in eating and cooking. Each dish featured combines a fresh approach to ingredients, ease of preparation with inspired flavors to create simply delicious food; all adapted by Daphne’s chef Nick Bell. The wine list is extensive featuring regional Italian Wines, New World and Classical French.
