Zen Dinner only, from 6pm (Opening February 2004) Experience the world of Zen. Zen offers authentic Thai and Japanese delicacies in a magnificent setting on the island's south east coast. Zen's sophisticated, Asian-inspired architecture and interior décor complement its dramatic setting, complete with an all-glass frontage offering spectacular views of the sea. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a 12-person sushi bar overlooking the sea 50 feet below, where sushi chefs prepare delicious, exotic fare as you relax, chat and enjoy the amazing view.
