Their creative cuisine utilizes fresh items, prepared with the flair of the Continent by Executive Chef, Mike Taylor and his team. John Burton-Race, who has his own 2 Michelin Star Restaurant in London, has been appointed Chef Consultant. Tuesday evening - BBQ/buffet. Live music on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will accompany, but never intrude upon your private dinner conversations.
